Progrex PMC Construction Schedulers are Certified Cost Professionals from AACE

A CCP is an experienced practitioner with advanced knowledge and technical expertise. The CCP will apply board principles and best practices of Total Cost Management in the construction planning, execution, and management of any organizational project or program. A CCP also demonstrates the ability to research and communicate all aspects of TCM principles and practices to all levels of the project or program stakeholders, both internally and externally. In order to ensure our services are in line with the highest industry standards, our construction schedulers are certified in Oracle Primavera and MS Project.

How Do We Operate?

It starts with construction planning, as our expert construction schedulers maintain operations within the expected start and finish dates to operate without delays. Progrex PMC construction schedulers will guide the project team by providing a suggested list of activities, submittals, and procurements. Our construction schedulers will be assigned a project under the supervision of our Senior Planning Engineer to proceed with the scheduling process. Suggestions will be provided through “What If? Scenarios” along with generating a detailed narrative report for upper-level managers for in-house reviews prior to submittal deadlines.

Our Approach

Each project is managed by a dedicated technical construction scheduler who remains personally responsible until completion.  The senior construction scheduler will constantly evaluate the client’s requests to ensure that the most appropriate members are engaged in the task and verify that every step is executed in accordance to our high-quality standard. This approach consistently ensures client satisfaction is maintained in every step.
